Shipping Policy

We ship most in-stock items within 2 -3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays),
and on occasions when we can't, we'll let you know. An email confirmation will be
sent once your order ships. Note: be sure to add 2-3 business days to account
for your order delivery date.

Shipping Limitations

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the you as the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the Website. All purchases from the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are determined by package weight and the distance. All orders are shipped
via either Fedex Ground Service, or UPS Ground Service.

Return Policy

You may return defective generic or remanufactured products for exchange or refund
within 30 days after receipt. RMA number is required for all return packages.
For all defective OEM products the customer shall file a warranty claim with
the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in accordance with the OEM warranty
procedure. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
